Where do you ship to?
Our products ship from Canada and currently we ship within Canada, United States and to the following International locations:
When will I receive my order?
Please note that due to Covid-19 we are currently shipping orders once a week and your package may be delayed.
Our partner carriers are experiencing delays that impact delivery times. Estimated delays can range from 4-45 business days.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days.
Shipping estimates once order is processed:
Canada & USA: 6-10 business days
International: 5-22 business days
Please note that customs may hold your package for further screenings. We do not have details regarding this process and cannot provide a date of release.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to the following:
- Customer providing the wrong shipping address.
- Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) which is needed by customs in order to clear packages.
- Customer refuses to pay customs and/or duties.
- Customer fails to pick up package from carrier location once logged by carrier.
If you cannot track your package using your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com within 60 days. We will not be able to locate packages after a 60 day period.
Can I track my order?
You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Please check your tracking number and contact the carrier if you do not receive your order.
If you cannot track your package using your tracking number and are experiencing difficulty contacting the carrier, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Our products are shipped from Canada and may be subject to customs duties or taxes not included in the product price or our shipping and handling fee. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?
Please note that all sales are final. We do take a lot of care when packaging our products, however if they do arrive damaged or if there’s an error with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
